| Shareholder's Brandon Berumen and Lenee Koch founded
Denver based LEI Companies, Inc. on September 5, 2002. Their goal
was to begin a journey to establish itself as one of the elite electrical
contracting firms in the industry. After their family owned business,
Laser Electric, Inc., made a decision to discontinue the electrical
contracting portion of its services, Brandon and Lenee were determined
to stay in the industry they were brought up in. Under the direction
of President/CEO, Brandon Berumen and Vice President, Lenee Koch,
LEI has a unique opportunity to offer these transitional customers
the same quality service at a lower cost. In addition, Brandon and
Lenee have combined their strengths with the industry knowledge and
expertise of Terry Haley, Preconstruction Manager, to create a company
that encompasses marketing, management and quality control as a basis
for growth and opportunity.
As the nature of the construction industry is ever changing, LEI
focuses on all facets of the market, including, commercial, industrial
and residential construction. As an electrical contractor, LEI is
involved in traditional hard bid projects, service calls and also
embraces a new age construction philosophy that focuses on alternative
delivery methods.
