Our Facility

LEI recently moved to a new convenient downtown location at 2017 Curtis Street. Our continued growth and need for more versatile office space supported this move and we are very excited about the potential this new facility brings to the team. LEI’s new facility has an open feel that lends to team-work and effective communication. The open layout supports dedicated office areas by department to allow for more conducive interaction among LEI team members. With only a small warehouse area for storage at the new facility, LEI felt it was necessary to maintain its 2000 sq ft. warehouse at the old location on Alameda and Decatur Street. It is imperative that we continue to support the field forces with the necessary equipment, prefabrication, stocked material and tools to perform at the level our customers expect. At the new facility we are extremely proud of our dedicated training room where we can support safety training, field supervisor training, bid closings, vendor demos and presentations. This training area is very important to the Owners of LEI because it supports one of LEI’s core objectives, “to learn something everyday”. From the executive level to the field it is a known fact that education and training is a matter of being at LEI. Every team member is dedicated to learning and enhancing their skills - our training room helps support that effort. Although the main focus of our new facility is to support practical means of workflow and communication, every new office space must provide some glamour and shine. Our large conference room, which includes surround sound, flat screen video projection and transitional lighting proves to be the perfect meeting area to conduct important meetings and client introductions. It also serves as the showcase for the various awards and plaques LEI has achieved since its inception. Although an office facility is merely a physical object, we take pride in our home and feel it helps to describes what the LEI team embodies; Professionalism – Team Work - Communication – Customer Focused. All of these adjectives speak directly to LEI’s tag line – Elevating What’s Expected – Our facility is one more thing that sustains to this motto.
