LEI Receives Two Awards from HCC

HCC awards LEI the 2009 Small Subcontractor Safety Award and the 2009 Subcontractor Member of the Year Award. This is the second year in a row that LEI has won the Small Subcontractor Safety Award and the first time they have won the Subcontractor Member of the Year Award.
