Executive Team

COMBINED STRENGTHS

Denver, Colorado-based LEI Companies, Inc. was founded in 2002 by brother and sister duo Brandon J. Berumen and Lenee M. Koch who grew up in the electrical construction industry. Their mission for the second generation company is to elevate what’s expected through People and Performance.

Executives

Brandon J. Berumen, President, CEO and Co-founder
bberumen@leicompanies.com

Brandon has co-owned and operated LEI Companies since its inception in September 2002 and is responsible for managing the company’s Operations, Field and Finance departments. Much of LEI’s success can be attributed to Brandon’s proficiency in implementing controls and procedures that help the team achieve a final goal of quality project delivery. He possesses strong management and leadership skills and an ability to effectively communicate the company objectives to LEI’s competent staff. Brandon’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Denver provides him with the necessary skills to profitably operate and manage LEI Companies.

Although education and experience are the cornerstones of Brandon’s management ability, his hands-on experience extends back to the many years he worked for his parents' business, Laser Electric, Inc. Growing up watching a family business reach success has given Brandon the foundation and skills necessary to effectively lead LEI into the future.

Lenee’s approach to business development incorporates a clear vision of future expectations influenced by strategic and tactical planning. Her marketing expertise and business savvy increase results and maximize LEI’s financial resources.

Leneé majored in Real Estate and Construction Management at the University of Denver. She too has hands-on experience working in the family business, Laser Electric, Inc. and her past experience includes a repertoire of work in project coordination, accounting and estimating.
