LEI was contracted by Johnson Controls to install the Building Automation and Temperature Controls for the new Embassy Suites Hotel in Loveland, Colorado. Our scope of work included controls associated with (3) Roof Top Unit's (RTU’s) on tower, (3) RTU’s on Convention area, (1) MAU on Kitchen, (1) AHU on ground level behind Kitchen, (2) Chillers in Mechanical Room, (56) stand alone FCU’s, (71) FPB’s, (42) VAV’s, Hot and Chilled water system, (2) stand alone ice melt systems in hotel entrance area and Co2 sensors at all thermostat locations in convention center.
