LEI was contracted by Johnson Controls to perform the Building Automation and Temperature Controls installation for the Auraria Science Building in Denver, Colorado. Our scope included (3) Heat recovery EF banks on roof, Chiller Plant on roof, (25) FCU’s, (2) AHU’s in basement Mechanical room
(1) hot water system in basement Mechanical Room, (86) JCI controlled VAV’s and (420) air purification controlled VAV and exhaust valves, including hood exhaust valves.
